Tasting Notes
Composed of 91% steel-aged Sauvignon Blanc and 9% French-oaked Chardonnay from our estate. Refreshing notes of grapefruit and high acidity are tempered the creamy roundness of the Chardonnay with just a hint of oak. An absolute delight on the palate. Serve lightly chilled.
Technical Notes
The Sauvignon Blanc was aged in steel for 7 months while the estate-grown Chardonnay was aged in 100% new French oak for 7 months.
