Tasting Notes
James Suckling describes this wine as: “Quietly tropical on the nose, with pineapple and, unexpectedly, white tea. The creamy yet lively palate shows white grapefruit, nectarines and more pineapple, all of it subtly honeyed, with a touch of chalky dryness in the finish.” Serve lightly chilled.
Technical Notes
100% Petit Manseng. The wine spent seven months in barrel–a mix of 10% new French oak and 90% second and third year French oak.
